Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee our tax planning and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing strategic tax advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and businesses.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to advise clients effectively.
• Perform detailed reviews of tax returns and provide feedback to junior staff members.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is ideal.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
• Strong knowledge of individual and corporate taxation, including 1040, partnership, LLC, and corporate tax returns.
• Experience working with high net worth clients is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
