3rd Shift Operator - Beverage Manufacturing

Fortress Nutrition is actively hiring for a 3rd Shift Canning Line Operator to work on our Beverage Canning Line.

The right candidate will have previous experience in machine operating (preferably in the food and beverage industry, not required), and have a stable work history with previous employers. Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift (or pre-determined schedule) and be accountable to the company's need for overtime & weekend work as required.

Work Schedule : Training Hours :

1st Shift (6 : 00am-2 : 30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

2nd Shift (2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

Standard Hours :

3rd Shift (10 : 00pm-6 : 30am, Monday-Friday); OT and weekends as needed

Job Summary : Working as part of the Beverage Operations team, Canning Line Operator will operate the high-speed canning / beverage production line equipment to create, produce, and package products according to client requirements.

What You'll Do :

• Set-up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain all high-speed canning line equipment, including packaging, filler, seamer, and shrink wrapper to ensure quality and efficiency of product output
• Notify the maintenance team of mechanical issues that cannot be repaired by the operator
• Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure equipment and product quality is maintained at all times
• Provide support as needed by working overtime to help operations and other shifts in staffing shortages
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.
