The Bonadio Group is currently seeking Seasonal Administrative Professionals for our Rochester, New York office for the time frame of January 2026 through April 2026. This is a on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
• Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
• Track engagements with the use of Access software
• Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
• Organize, update, and maintain calendars
• Manage multiple priorities

The salary range for this position is between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
