Position Responsibilities :

• Administer purchase order with vendor to reduce overall cost of facility inputs.
• Maintain on-time delivery.
• Work with vendor to ensure facility inputs are available when needed; this includes being involved in quality issues.
• Coordinate cycle counts to stay on established schedule.
• Enter and evaluate cycle counts, with a focus on identifying systemic deficiencies.
• Create, monitor and enhance Kanban systems that are applied to inventory and non-inventory items.
• Work with accounting to address any vendor invoicing issues.
• Reduce inventory levels.
• Improve operations performance.
• MRP evaluation with purchase order and work order generation.
• Internal coordination of inputs to insure adherence to schedules.
