Horticulture Territory Manager

A company is looking for a Horticulture Territory Manager - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic territory plans aligned with business objectives

Manage relationships with growers and retailers to drive demand and sales growth

Partner with Technical Services Representatives to educate customers on product innovations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in agronomy, chemistry, biology, business, or related field

1.5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3.5 years with an Associate's Degree / 2-year Diploma

Professional experience in sales or a technical background in agriculture

Strong business acumen and technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & CRM

Ability to work independently and manage time and resources effectively
