As a Luxury Suites Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food service and hospitality operations are carried out efficiently while providing an exemplary guest experience.

What will you do?

• Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
• Schedule all front of house suite team members for events
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
• Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and wine
• Basic understanding of cost control measures and profit and loss statements
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
• No college degree required

Physical requirements

• Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
