A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support customers in their adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement structured, scalable solutions in OnePlan and the Microsoft ecosystem based on customer goals
Build and configure solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance customer experience
Identify and resolve technical barriers to ensure smooth customer engagement and platform utilization
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
Experience in Project Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational work planning and delivery
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner to non-technical audiences
Experience in building customer relationships throughout their journey from adoption to long-term success
