Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary contact for customers, managing technical inquiries and issue resolution
Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption while driving adoption and retention targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and relay feedback to product management
Required Qualifications
Experience managing customer accounts and resolving technical issues
Strong background in guiding software implementation and ensuring customer value realization
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Experience in managing complex technical projects
