Our client, a woman-owned IT consulting firm in business for over 25 years, is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter in NYC.

Lead Technical Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

Min. 4 years IT recruiting experience in an IT staffing agency environment.

Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Sector

Highly earnings motivated

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong sense of urgency

Must be willing to work in NYC (midtown near Grand Central) 3x per week

Lead Technical Recruiter Preferred Background & Skills:

IT Staffing Agency experience

Experience recruiting for financial services clients

Knowledge of Technical and Functional roles within the Financial services sector.
