You'll be responsible for offering comprehensive patient care by assessing patients' needs, planning and implementing interventions, and continually evaluating care effectiveness. Engage with patients and families to foster therapeutic relationships and involve them in care planning. Your proactive approach will help identify changes in patients' conditions and guide necessary adjustments in treatment.

Licenses & Certifications :

Required Degree : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Experience Requirement : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Strong communication skills, ability to make timely decisions, excellent organization and multitasking abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
