Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – San Marcos Unified School District

Location : San Marcos, CA

Schedule : Full-time or Part-time (7.5 hours / day, Monday–Friday)

Pay : $45–$60 / hour (based on experience)

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across K–8 and elementary school sites within San Marcos Unified School District . This is a school-based position with a supportive district team and a strong chance of renewal for next school year.

Position Details :

Full-time or part-time opportunity (on-site only; no virtual)

7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension

Opportunity to collaborate with district staff and other providers

Phone interview required prior to offer

Requirements :

Active California SLP license or credential

Prior school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
