Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This office-based role focuses exclusively on project administration, contracts, scheduling, and budgets while field superintendents handle on-site operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead project buyout process and subcontractor procurement
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Administer contracts and process change orders
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost controls
• Prepare monthly billing and payment applications
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance
• Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate with field superintendent on logistics and scheduling
• Conduct project meetings with owners, architects, and consultants
• Facilitate project closeout and warranty processes
