Utilize extensive Mastercam programming experience to develop efficient CNC programs for mill and lathe operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer, You Will : The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and Mastercam programming within an aerospace and defense contract manufacturing environment Candidates with strong programming skills and a basic understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 are encouraged to apply; support and training on the quality management system will be provided Develop efficient CNC programs using Mastercam for mill and lathe applications Interpret and apply GD&T to support accurate machining and inspection Create, update, and maintain detailed work instructions and shop-floor documentation Develop processing plans and quality assurance plans for assigned product lines Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Support continuous improvement by optimizing CAM programs, work instructions, and tooling and work holding methods Apply strong knowledge of programming, tooling selection, and machining processes Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate directly with machinists to improve manufacturability Support advanced quality planning activities and new job quoting efforts Gain experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Fagor control systems Assume ownership of the AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality management system over time Monitor and report quality, schedule, and cost performance metrics Communicate effectively with machinists, support staff, and leadership Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office products Skills / Requirements : 5 or more years of experience in Mastercam programming, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance within an AS9100 or other accredited environments Proven hands-on expertise in Mastercam programming Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to problem-solving Experience with Catia is a plus Education : Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum of five years of related experience, or at least ten years of experience in a similar technical role without a degree Benefits : 401(K) 401(K) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid Time Off Referral program Relocation assistance Vision insurance Salary : $77K-$115K annually Ask for : Hersha Dwyer Job Id : 25798 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
