The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for an Applied Scientist with experience in Generative AI specifically expertise in preparing data training fine-tuning and adapting large foundation models across all modalities : images video 3D LLMs and cross-modal setups. We welcome outstanding candidates in all related technical fields such as Machine Learning Deep Learning Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. The related applications include image / video / 3D generation editing and understanding conditioned on controls stemming from large language models or other innovative interactions tailored for creative workflows and multimodal priors.

What Youll Do

• Conduct pioneering research and development in Generative AI for visual (image / video / 3D) audio and multi-modal outputs.
• Develop and deploy novel generative AI technologies to existing and new Adobe Products.
• Research and develop novel large-scale foundation models with deep reasoning and world-building capabilities.
• Collaborate with world-class researchers and ML engineers to bring research ideas to creative workflows used by millions.
• Publish and present your work in world-class scientific venues in CV / AI / ML / CG fields

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $$228600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge skills and experience. At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
