We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Roseville, Minnesota. This is a fully in-office, long-term contract position that offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in their accounting career. The role involves working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and smooth payment processing.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately record and categorize transactions using Excel and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including coding and processing payments.
• Process customer payments and apply checks into the system, handling approximately 15-20 checks daily.
• Perform bank reconciliation tasks to ensure financial records align with bank statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Provide support with general bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Address inbound telephone inquiries related to financial transactions or accounts.
• Assist with training on financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of all financial records.
