• Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet and exceed client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution.

Qualifications

Proven ability to see the big picture and translate diverse systems and goals into actionable plans. Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and promoting continuous learning within teams. Ability to align organizational goals with individual performance objectives. Expertise in retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills. Comfortable presenting to various audiences and responding to questions with confidence.
