job_description.job_card.job_descriptionScrum Master role serves as a handling multiple scrum team to define processes, identify process improvement opportunities, to implement new functionality. Position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to create alignment amongst multiple teams and Stakeholders Knowledge in Financial Domain with handling Credit Cards flow is a plus Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is added advantage, but not limited Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices General conceptual understanding of Projects Lifecycle Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Atlassian Products are a plus
As a Scrum Master, here are some of the duties you can expect to perform in your role :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress
- Lead multiple scrum teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
- Ability to work with Demand Management to plan the capacity
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products / solutions on time
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
