Machine Operator Gear Cutter

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Gear Cutter Operator B to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating gear cutting machines to produce high-quality gears according to engineering specifications and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate gear cutting machines such as hobbing shaping and broaching machines.
• Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and work orders to determine gear specifications.
• Inspect finished gears using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
