Our client is a premier California-based law firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to businesses and individuals. They are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment defense to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent employers in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and retaliation claims.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage case load effectively while meeting billable hour expectations of 1,800 hours annually
Qualifications :
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
