Position Summary :

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, youll perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems, helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and creating a great customer experience, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems (ACs, furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.)
  • Inspect, clean, and adjust components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Identify worn or faulty parts and communicate repair recommendations to customers
  • Keep homeowners informed and educated on their systems condition, performance, and energy-saving tips
  • Accurately complete maintenance forms, service records, and customer notes
  • Maintain a clean and stocked company vehicle and ensure tools are in working order
  • Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication

    • Qualifications :

  • 12 years of residential HVAC maintenance experience preferred
  • EPA 608 Certification preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight or elevated areas
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, kneel, or climb ladders for extended periods
  • Tolerate heat, cold, and confined spaces during service calls
