A company is looking for a CRM Administrator, HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end HubSpot support and administration, including user management and system configuration
Manage a high volume of HubSpot ticket requests, prioritizing and resolving issues based on impact and SLAs
Identify recurring issues and implement durable solutions to reduce ticket volume and maintain data hygiene
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM in a production environment
Experience managing high-volume CRM environments through a ticketing system
Strong technical understanding of HubSpot configuration and automation
Experience with CRM integrations with third-party SaaS tools and internal systems
Able to partner effectively with various departments to translate business needs into scalable solutions
