Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining excellence in clinical skills.Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN roles (2 years preferred).Flexibility : Ability to meet the schedule requirements detailed above.Training & Skills :
RNs will receive training in :ACLS : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.NIHSS : National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale.IV Ultrasound.Charge Nurse cross-training : Enhancing leadership skills while supporting multiple units.What You Will Gain :

Join our Internal Float Pool and make a meaningful impact every day. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic environments according to established standards.
Utilizing evidence-based practices, you'll assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness while fostering a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families. You'll play a critical role in anticipating, recognizing, and responding to changes in patient conditions.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA.Required Education :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience : 1+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Skills :
