Development Engineer

A company is looking for a Development Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of new products and manufacturing processes while preparing work plans and budgets

Design for manufacturability and inspectability while participating in root cause analysis

Coordinate product evaluations with surgeons and prepare definitive new product documentation

Required Qualifications

Experience in geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T) and geometric evaluations

Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SOLIDWORKS; experience with Paragon 28 is preferred

Ability to lead small scope projects or contribute to larger project teams

On-the-job training experience for new engineers is beneficial

Understanding of design control procedures and project management
