The crane rigger will assist the crane operator in the preparation of moving heavy materials equipment and the building of mobile cranes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all applicable rigging meets safety requirements and Sterling Crane standards during the precheck process.
• Haul materials and equipment between job sites.
• Signal crane operator during lifts for directional or placement instructions.
• Guide and position loads as necessary at elevated heights.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
