Insurance Sales Agent (Hiring licensed and unlicensed)

Tyler, TX | Full-Time | In-Office

$70,000$130,000+ / year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Health Insurance | PTO + Holidays | $350 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

Were a top-performing insurance agency (ranked in the top 5% nationwide), and were looking for a sales professional whos ready to grow, earn, and make a long-term impact.

This is a sales-focused role100% of your time will be spent closing business, not servicing accounts. Youll be backed by daily leads, strong training, and a motivated team in our Tyler office.

What Youll Do

  • Handle incoming phone and web leads
  • Make outbound calls to build your pipeline
  • Follow up with past clients and new prospects
  • Sell P&C policies across auto, home, and more
  • Hit personal and team sales goals

  • $70,000$130,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission)
