• Job Description
• : We are seeking an experienced Electricians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, with a particular focus on backup power solutions and renewable energy technologies.
• Responsibilities :
• Install, maintain, and repair standby generators, solar panels, and battery backup systems
• Perform electrical work for residential and commercial properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians
• Estimate new projects, including material costs, labor hours, and overall project scope
• Requirements :
• Valid Maine Master Electrician license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician
• Experience with standby generators, solar installations, and battery backup systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience managing teams of electricians at various skill levels
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with renewable energy systems and smart home technologies
• NABCEP certification (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners)
• OSHA safety certification
