Key Responsibilities
Match candidate profiles to roles, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition sourcing and recruiting plans
Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and community organizations
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree required
3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high volume or search firm environment
3 years of technology experience with applicant tracking systems and relevant social platforms
Must reside in the Nashville, TN area
Not eligible for employment authorization / visa sponsorship
