As a Health Services Team Supervisor, you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing the delivery of health-related services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Service Coordination: Monitor referral activities, caseload management, and outcomes to ensure effective service delivery. Support the production and analysis of management information for reporting and continuous improvement.
- Staff Oversight: Supervise team activities to optimize productivity, ensuring adherence to Maximus' policies while providing support for both individual and team performance.
- Training Coordination: Ensure timely training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is provided for all staff within your team.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with various stakeholders in the health, community, and voluntary sectors to integrate services and enhance user experience.
- Event Coordination: Organize outreach events to promote health services in the community, aiming to generate high-quality referrals.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the management of performance data and ensure high-quality service delivery according to specifications and guidelines. Regularly assess the competency of team members in health coaching services.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with national standards and internal policies, including Health and Safety and safeguarding practices.
- Team Development: Lead initiatives to support a high-performing team, including supervision, recruitment support, and creating a culture of development and feedback.
- Direct Service Provision: Participate in delivering health services, such as NHS Health Checks, and support Health and Wellbeing Coaches as needed.
