We are looking to fill positions for a full-time Life Insurance Sales Representative as well as Entry Level Leadership. Other positions are available as the growth continues! We offer full hands on training and mentorship If you have no experience in our industry. Our systems and mentorship programs are second to none, and you will learn and succeed side-by-side with a mentor who is 100% concerned with your growth and success. We work in a fast-paced team environment, and we have FUN doing it! Life and health insurance licenses are a plus, but not a requirement for consideration. A Day in the Life : Life Insurance Sales Representatives use our proprietary lead management system to meet with business owners and key decision-makers to discuss how our products and services can benefit their company itself as well as its employees. This is a Monday through Friday, in person, 8 : 00 to 5 : 00 position. Our programs are unique to the industry and are a “win-win” opportunity for the community we serve. How you are compensated : Average first-year income for a Life Insurance Sales Representative with Globe Life Liberty National is $60,000 per year. Management roles can earn $100,000 or more. There is also an opportunity for growth in owning your own agency. Accounts that you manage with us are your clients and can yield rewarding relationships – both professional and financial. In addition to great initial income, you are paid residual income for the lifetime of our services, with 100% lifetime vesting after 10 years of service.
