Director of Options Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Options Strategy to join their investment management team.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in investment committee meetings and decision-making processes

Develop and implement hedging and overlay strategies in collaboration with advisors

Contribute to the management and optimization of defined outcome programs and private funds

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

A minimum of 7 years of experience with complex options structures

High competency in options pricing models including Black-Scholes-Merton (BSM), Put-Call Parity (PCP), and Binomial pricing

Experience in developing new options-based products
