Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our dynamic Head Start team in California, MO . If you are passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the growth of young children, we want to hear from you!

About the Role : As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with our Teacher to create an engaging, structured classroom atmosphere that nurtures the development of children aged 0 to 5 years. You will play a vital role in supporting their health, education, and overall welfare.

Position Details :

  • Pay : $14.05 per hour
  • Location : California, MO
  • Schedule : 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday

Job Requirements :

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience is helpful.
  • Prefer CDA or related Associate's degree
