Electrical Design Technician

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ELECTRICAL DESIGN TECHNICIAN :

Work collaboratively with a project team to produce electrical drawings using Revit under the direction of engineer(s) on a variety of projects. You won’t be bored as you’ll be working on concurrent projects in a variety of industries. You may also perform field surveys and need to maintain established CAD Standards. Due to your exceptional organizational skills, projects are always completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans.

ABOUT YOU!

• A minimum of three (3+) years’ experience with proficiency in Revit is required.
• Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design or Design & Drafting is preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures for production of design and construction documents.
• Knowledge of electrical planning, drafting and detailing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• You are currently authorized to work in the United States.
