ABOUT THE POSITION

Job Title :                               Tax Accountant

Employment :                     Exempt – FT

Location :                              New York City (Hybrid, two days per week in office and additional days as needed)

Salary Range :                     USD 95,000 – 120,000 annually plus annual discretionary bonus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Accountant to support GQG Partners’ U.S. federal, state and local compliance and reporting functions. The role will focus on preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns, quarterly estimates, and ASC 740 tax provision calculations to ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards. The position will also assist with indirect tax filings, including sales and use tax, and information reporting such as 1099 and 1042 / 1042S as well as ad-hoc tax projects. The Tax Accountant will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, and across teams to maintain accurate tax documentation, improve internal controls, and respond to regulatory inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to expand their technical expertise and contribute to a growing global investment management firm.
