Specialty : Infectious Disease

Need : Jan-ongoing (Looking for full time candidates)

Schedule : Facility has two different required schedules. Provider will either work Inpatient rounding / clinic or Inpatient rounding with call.

Schedule :

Outpatient Coverage : Mon-Fri 8hrs

Call Coverage : Mon-Fri 8-10hrs rounding and / or clinic w / evening and Sat & Sun 24 weekend call

70% Inpatient, 30% Outpatient

Coverage needed for the following dates :

4 / 7 4 / 13 - Nampa

6 / 16 6 / 20 Boise

9 / 8 9 / 12 - Boise

9 / 22 9 / 28 Boise (Week including weekend coverage)

9 / 22 9 / 26 Boise

9 5 Boise (Week including weekend coverage)

Provider will hold pager during the weekdays

24hr weekend call coverage

Call back is rare after 9pm

Experience : hepatitis Rx, HIV, transplant ID, addiction medicine / OPAT, orthopedic and neurosurgical infections , teaching, stewardship, and infection prevention. Looking for someone with 4+ years experience post fellowship.

Board Certified IM Required

Completion of Infectious Disease Fellowship Required

DEA : Required

CSR : Required

License : Idaho or IMLC license only - Willing to license
