• Mammography System : Hologic
• Office Equipment Available : Standard radiology suite
• Support Staff Available : Permanent radiologists and imaging staff onsite

• Licenses : Active Arizona license required; IMLC accepted; willing to license
• Board : Board Certified in Radiology (Mammography emphasis)
• DEA : Required
• Certifications : BLS required
• Experience : Experience with required imaging modalities and procedures
• Other Qualifications : Cerner charting required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret general radiology studies for ER and outpatient needs
• Perform mammography, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopic procedures as required
• Complete reads within expected volume thresholds (70–80 / day)
• Conduct breast‑related biopsies and related diagnostic tasks
• Work onsite; remote coverage not permitted
• Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner
