Pediatrix Medical Group of Washington is seeking a passionate and dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital (MYMH) -a regional leader in neonatal care nestled in the vibrant and sunny Yakima Valley, the heart of Washington's celebrated wine and hops-growing region!

Make a Meaningful Impact

• Be part of a 15-bed Level IIIA NICU with an ADC of 10 - the only one within a 70-mile radius, serving as a lifeline for South Central Washington .
• Support a diverse and growing population with ~2,500 births annually and referrals from 5 critical access hospitals and a larger rural hospital.
• Join a NICU with over 40 years of trusted service , now actively expanding and innovating in partnership with high-level OB and MFM providers.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay) : $110,000 - $140,000

Other Types of Pay : Bonus potential

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following :

NOTE : Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire. Team members who meet the plan's minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
