Community Marketing Specialist
Under the general direction of the assigned manager, the Community Marketing Specialist provides assistance to the local Bank in executing sales, marketing, public relations, events, sponsorships, and community engagement programs, primarily by leveraging Central and Divisional materials and platforms.

What You’ll Do at Arvest
Work with the manager to help implement the annual key performance indicators (KPIs), sales plan, public relations, community involvement, and sponsorships for the local Bank.
Support the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) efforts of the local bank by gathering CRA documentation and assisting with CRA-qualified events.
Ensure that compliance requirements are achieved for local marketing efforts.
Support the manager in the oversight of the local marketing budget by reviewing monthly financial reports.
Effectively manage multiple projects, community events, and deadlines.
Engage regularly with the Arvest Social Media team to provide social media content opportunities relevant to the local market.
Be an ambassador of the Arvest culture by facilitating sales rallies, sales and service awards, spirit weeks, and other local bank internal events.
Gather information for use in public relations and social media.
Order and distribute printed materials for branches and lines of business.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA / AML Program.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance requirements are achieved for local marketing efforts.
Meet with Lines of Business to communicate programs and gather input.
Manage multiple projects, community events, and deadlines.
Coordinate the local bank efforts in bank-wide promotions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline.
At least 2 years of marketing, sales management, or public relations experience.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in Local Bank Marketing, sales management, or public relations preferred.
Previous Bank Marketing Experience Is Preferred.
Physical Demands
The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly overnight.
Grade 14 – $51,240 – $60,848 per year.
