Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a CTO in a global SaaS organization with annual revenues between $50M and $200M
Proven track record of scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments
Strong balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, and operational rigor
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Experience in building and optimizing agile development processes
