About the Role

Our Customer Service Representatives are the welcoming face and voice of our hospital. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and their pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing a calm and caring experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Collaborate with the medical, boarding, and grooming teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments when needed
• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
