Product Management Role

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. As part of the Product Management (PI) team you are to develop and execute strategic plans related to M365 platforms and manage and enhance M365 platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other related tools. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
