Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified/Board Eligible in ABEM (or osteopathic counterparts). Must be residency trained in Emergency Medicine. Board Eligible physicians accepted only if they have recently completed their Residency and are in the process of taking the board exam.
• Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, & PALS. If ABEM, need current ACLS and 1X proof of ATLS. Annually must have 8 hrs of Stroke CME and 8 hrs of Trauma CME. CME past 2 years required.
• Licensure: Active TX State Medical License, DEA (with TX address)
