Base salary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled.

Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am).

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts).

Availability : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend per 6-week schedule, plus 2 holidays.

As part of our Float Pool, you will work in diverse units like ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support. Each shift will present new opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Your Responsibilities :

Float across various departments to provide patient care.

Deliver top-notch, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Adapt to dynamic unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience is required (2 years is preferred).

Must be flexible to the scheduling needs outlined above.

Training and Skills :

Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training provided.

Your key responsibilities will include providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safety and therapeutic care, assessing patient needs, planning individualized interventions, and ongoing evaluation of care effectiveness. You will also be responsible for anticipating significant changes in patients' conditions and collaborating with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Experience :

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience needed.

Skills :

Holistic understanding of patient care and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to recognize and respond to changing patient needs.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Excellent communication and time management abilities.
