Key Responsibilities
Manage the success of strategic partner school districts from onboarding to renewal
Identify growth opportunities and engage in strategic conversations to expand resource adoption
Develop expertise in products to provide exceptional support and maintain communication with educational leaders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management in K-12 education
Proven experience in advocating for customer needs and identifying value-based opportunities
Knowledge of the K-12 landscape, including curriculum and educational trends
Experience with software implementations in K-12 settings
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting
