Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Operations at sites
• Train new employees.
• Maintain established processes that support the airport and airline security processes and regulations.
• Search and inspect Airline catering carts and vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all Company standard operating procedures and policies.
• Work incorporation with other associates to inspect carts.
• Assist in compiling data for inspection incident statistics.
• Document inspection activities on required paperwork for statistical purposes.
• Provides consistent access control through verification of guest and employee credentials.
• Performs perimeter, parking lot, and building patrol on foot or in vehicle.
• Provides direction and answers questions to assist guests and employees.
• Open and closes gates, proactively secures and controls areas as needed. Admits and controls incoming traffic. Inspects identification and vehicle decals.
• Monitors closed circuit systems and alarms.
• Inventory keys, radios and other equipment and issue keys to the contractor.
• Handles all building emergency alarms (i.e., fire, elevator entrapment, intercom and so forth.
• Advises management team of any emergency or security incident for appropriate resolution.
• Patrols and document security related inquiries from tenants, employees and the general public.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
