Lead Power Washing Professional

As an Experienced Power Washing Lead Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to providing our team with the best tools, equipment, training, and guidance to ensure their success.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Lead and work alongside your crew to ensure each job is completed professionally and to customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor team members using your experience and company-provided resources.
  • Follow standard procedures for truck maintenance, equipment maintenance, safety, and washing techniques.
  • Maintain high-quality work by using checklists and following company cleaning protocols.
  • Capture before-and-after photos for client updates, marketing, and insurance records.
  • Promote the business by placing door hangers, flyers, and lawn signs at every job.

    • Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of professional power washing experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with heights able to climb ladders and walk on roofs confidently.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Physically fit able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform general labor.
  • Valid drivers license with experience driving large commercial vehicles (up to 25 ft).
  • Must live locally and be ready to work in the surrounding area.
  • Must pass a standard background check.
