RN / LPN WOUND VAC & WOUND CARE NURSES NEEED

HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR RNs / LPNs WITH EXPERIENCE IN WOUND VAC & WOUND CARE IN WAKE FOREST, FRANKLINTON

Allcare Home Health Agency is a locally owned and operated agency that provides a variety of services to clients in their home and community environment. We are a patient-centered home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional care for our clients.

We are seeking skilled and detailed-oriented Wound Vacs & Wound Care RNs / LPNs to join our team and help improve outcomes for patients requiring Wound Care.

Responsibilities :

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized care plans (RNs only)
• Provide wound care treatments, including debridement (if licensed), dressing changes, and infection prevention.
• Document care accurately and timely in accordance with home care and regulatory standards.
• Monitor wound progression and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Experience with measuring wound
• Experience with proper documentation of wound care
• Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to wound treatment
• Investigates and resolves patient / family member concerns regarding patient care
