The internal Process Engineer will drive measurable, sustainable improvements in internal processes that reduce waste, improve quality, and accelerate delivery across Interstates. The role interfaces regularly with delivery leaders, process owners, SMEs, IT / digital, quality / safety, finance, and PMO; leads cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Lean principles, project management expertise, and exceptional communication abilities to lead transformative projects. Essential Skills & Experience

Education : Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Experience : 3-5 years in process engineering, operational excellence, or project management within operations or shared services.

Certifications (Preferred) :

Travel : This role will be based out of either our Sioux Center IA, Sioux Falls, SD or Omaha, NE office. Travel is expected up to 25% for this role : made up in visits to Interstates offices, prefab shops, and jobsite visits as needed.
