The Chief Medical Officer will:

-Oversee leadership, direction, and administration of quality care in the provision of behavioral health services and medical management of all consumers
-Support a clinical staff of 80+ while building a culture of engagement and team collaboration across all clinical and operational functions
-Spearhead the integration, coordination, and improvement of clinical care and patient safety for healthcare operations
-Guide the development and implementation of medical staff policies, practices, and clinical programs throughout the health system
-Drive, support, and model a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience
-Receive an executive level compensation package to include competitive base salary with a 20% target bonus and myriad benefits.
