A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience in general civil litigation to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a variety of complex litigation matters within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters including contract disputes, commercial litigation, real property issues, and general liability defense.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
• Work directly with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.
