Opportunity
Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Senior Sales Engineering leader to join our growing Enterprise Products team.
Your Impact
Collaborate closely with the GM of Enterprise to develop and continuously refine a Go‑To‑Market strategy for the enterprise segment.Drive sales execution by partnering with the client development team throughout the sales cycle—answering technical questions, delivering customised demos and presentations, and coordinating meetings with subject matter experts and stakeholders.Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and onboarding process for new enterprise clients; ensure a smooth handoff from sales, manage technical requirements, coordinate integrations, etc.Own ongoing relationships of enterprise clients—run formal and informal business reviews with tracked KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction and increase wallet share.Develop a deep understanding of the Altruist platform to maximise demo and discussion of its capabilities.Institute consultative solutioning with prospects and clients, requiring a solid grasp of the wealth management tech stack and operational processes.Systematically capture advisor feedback to inform company priorities (product roadmap, marketing campaigns).Contribute to the sales team’s goal of creating predictable, scalable growth by identifying ways to improve the team, meeting sales SLAs, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.Demonstrate coachability and a growth mindset; absorb and apply feedback from sales leadership.Travel as required during the pre‑ and post‑sales process.Develop competitive information and insights on legacy competitor custodians and understand how parts of their business and product operate.What You Bring
10+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre‑sales, ideally supporting a B2B financial services or wealth management platform.Deep domain knowledge of the RIA ecosystem, broker‑dealer infrastructure, and portfolio management workflows; experience with custodial platforms and compliance is a strong plus.Technical fluency—ability to understand and explain complex API integrations, data flows, and back‑end processes to technical and non‑technical audiences.Enterprise selling acumen—deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, proof‑of‑concept, security reviews, etc., acting as a trusted technical advisor.Ownership—pride in every aspect of your work.Superb communication—intentional dialogue, listening, and sharing perspectives.Resilience—determination to achieve success amid adversity.Assurance—confidence without ego, open to differing perspectives.Creative problem‑solving—identifying problems and creatively finding solutions.What We Bring
